Joseph De Kesel ( olandeză. Jozef De Kesel ; născut la 17 iunie 1947 , Gent , Flandra de Est , Belgia ) este un cardinal belgian . Episcop Titular de Bulna și Episcop auxiliar de Mechelen-Bruxelles din 20 martie 2002 până în 25 iunie 2010. Episcop de Bruges din 25 iunie 2010 până în 6 noiembrie 2015. Arhiepiscop de Mechelen-Bruxelles și Primat al Belgiei din 20 noiembrie 2015 .Ordinar militar al Belgiei din 6 noiembrie 2015. Cardinal -preot cu biserica titulară Santi Giovanni e Paolo din 19 noiembrie 2016.
